" oops looks like the microsoft account you are trying to use is already connected to another account" issue

So in January 2024 I tried to login back on my account called tank man3480
but I had issue. It said Oops looks like this Microsoft account has been already linked!
while I didn't link to other again didn't show me the account username on my ps5
i tried all the tutorials on YouTube nothing worked.
but different account can be logged in except mine.
it happened to the others too on the PlayStation ps4 and ps5.

If it's fixable then this problem will be gone but if not the ps4 players will be fricked up
So please fix this right away

I can prove it my old account hasn't been linked to other account.
But it still says it's linked to other account
