Summary:
Mobs jumping on bubble columns create a spamming sound of entering bubble columns. The bug appeared in version 1.19.40.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to an ocean or a river.
2. Place a soul sand on the floor.
3. Summon a mob (for example a chicken) on the surface of the bubbles.

Observed results:
The mob plays the sound of entering bubbles every second.

Expected results:
The sound of entering bubbles is played once when a mob spawns.
