Amethysts cannot be placed if a Dirt Path is placed below

Summary:
Amethysts cannot be placed if a Dirt Path is placed below.
This only affects Amethysts and only with Dirt Path (does not affect Farmland).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place Dirt Path.
2. Place a full block so that you can place the amethysts above the Dirt Path (2 blocks above Dirt Path or nearby 1 block above).
3. Try placing Amethysts on a full block.

Observed results:
Amethysts are not placed on a full block.

Expected results:
Amethysts are placed on a full block.
