Resources can no longer be mined with the pickaxe/axe/shovel

In a survival save (without mods) I can't currently mine any resources (stones, wood, earth...) with the pickaxe, axe, shovel. The blocks are destroyed, but no loot remains.
I have already built a few things and can no longer use the save state.

I have copied the state once and changed it to creative. Problem still exists.

New games and other older games are not affected so far.

Supposedly it should be under

/data/user/0/com.mojang.minecraftpe/games/com.mojang/logs/ContentLog_Friday_2024_January_19_08_25_54 there should be a log file.

Unfortunately I could not find it. This directory is not in memory or cannot be found using CxExplorer, for example. Neither is the file.
