Controller hints overlap Double Chest's interface on Nintendo Switch

When the gui scale is set to 1 with controller hints enabled, the controller hints on the bottom of the screen overlap with double chests and block a section of the lower screen. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make sure hide controller hints is on as well as your gui set to 1
2.Open up a world
3.In that world open your inventory and make sure the crafting recipes are also open. Also works with a double chest. 

Observed Results:
When the certain user interfaces are open the controller tips will overlap. 

Expected Results:
The controller tips should not overlap the user interfaces but should instead be moved towards a spot where they would not overlap any user interfaces.
