Phantom item in inventory gets rid of an inventory space.

I was mining and my pickaxe broke so I made a new one, but when I went to put it in my second hotbar slot it didn't work. It would pop into then out. What's even weirder is that if I kept it in my hand. How peculiar. Anyways hope this gets fixed or else my realm permanently has a missing slot in my hotbar.
