Deny blocks don't prevent destroying blocks on top of them through explosions nearby

Explanation:

Dear Mojang, I would like to allow players the freedom to grief in my game, but I need to implement protection for certain areas, like spawn. Unfortunately, I cannot extend this protection due to bugs. Also, I was unable to upload the evidence to the website due to its upload limit being way too small, so I uploaded it to YouTube.

Steps to Reproduce:

1: Turn off mob griefing, tnt explosions & respawn blocks explode!

2: Then place down a deny block followed by any block that isn't immune to these listed ingame stuff!

Listed:

TNT, withers, wither explosions, wither skull explosions, blue wither skull explosions, end crystals, creepers, wood stripping, respawn anchor explosions, and end crystal explosions.

3: Then use the any of the current listen above stuff on the block above the deny block.

Observed Results:

The deny block doesn't protect your builds against TNT, withers, wither explosions, wither skull explosions, blue wither skull explosions, end crystals, creepers, wood stripping, respawn anchor explosions, and end crystal explosions.
