Can you guys add a character encoding option for the Strings in command?

Insert a JSON recognition at the position where the string is checked, allowing for the internal addition of custom encoding conversions. Make it easier to rectify situations involving garbled text ，or facilitate customized character operations.

 

For example:

/say {"text": "ä½ å¥½ Hello Hallo Здравствыйте  Bonjour 안녕하세요. こんにちは สวัสดี", "encoding": ['iso-8859-1','utf-8']}
