my skin (character) disappears every time i close the game

hello! yesterday(13.01.24) i opened game and saw that my skin is no longer there and i had to create a new one. after playing i closed the game and opened it today and the same problem happened. my yesterday made skin wasn't there and not even in the dressing room. so now i have to create my skin again ;( please fix it!!
