Noticeable Player Jittering at 25k 25k coordinates or greater

When walking the textures jitter and the player positioning jitters. It is extremely choppy the higher and higher coordinates you go. But I view this as a major problem for BDS community because gameplay is not smooth at even 25k blocks away.
