Loading Screen Tips stop appearing after the game stop loading resource packs and start building the world

Due to this, on powerful devices and platforms the loading tips appears only for a split second and mostly only one will appear. Also, the message about the terrain generating appear two times on the same screen: "Generating World" and "Building Terrain".
