Game crashed, when loaded back in inventory was completely gone.

I was in survival and i had a lot of stuff in my inventory, the game starts to lag and then it kicks me out. once i load back in everything in my inventory is completely gone and this is the third time it's happened on the same world. it's very aggravating when each time you have a stack of meat in your inventory and it all gets deleted, i usually carry some of my good stuff around with me but ever since the game has started doing this it's like im not allowed to carry anything besides stone tools and leather or i'll lose everything else. this makes the game very difficult to play and unenjoyable as im tired of getting the exact same thing over and over again. i just want this fixed because a few of my friends have complained about the exact same thing but the form to report things on minecraft is confusing and it kept saying my email was invalid so i couldn't even use the one connected to my xbox account. i just want to contact someone about this issue and get it resolved. i play minecraft because it's fun and take my mind off of things but when stuff like this happens it makes me not want to even bother with it at all and go play something lame like roblox. minecraft truly is the og game but with bugs like this it's pushing more people away. thank you and please please take this into consideration i do not want to keep losing all my stuff if i keep seriously spending time for things just for it to be deleted i'm not gonna bother with minecraft and i really love minecraft and i don't want that happening.
