Jumping out of boat results in a freezing of ability to change directions.

Just recently this has started. 

After jumping out of boat, into the ocean, I cannot change my perspective, my direction. It's frozen into one direction. I can't spin or look up or down. I can only move my body. Once I climb back into boat, it resolves.

Happens about half the time I jump out.
