Gravel, dirt and suspicious gravel generation is completely different in bedrock edition

With the recent update now the trail ruins are able to spawn in the same location in both editions (MCPE-169988), but.. it seems that suspicious gravel generation is less in bedrock than in Java Edition

Steps to reproduce:

1. Spawn a world with the seed provided above and teleport to the given coordinates
2. Look closely at the gravel or dirt block

Observed behavior:
Gravel, dirt and suspicious gravel generation is not the same in both java and bedrock editions, in trail ruins
