Cannot claim reward after fulfilling "Wax on, Wax off" achievement

Title says it all. After fulfilling "Wax on, Wax off" achievement I cannot claim "Copper Headband" item. There is no button to do so, see the attached screenshot.

What is the point of achievements if the rewards are not working? This is yet another broken achievement reward after all Victor items...
