My controller is doing two different inputs on one button

I hadn't played since 1.20 had just come out as I was waiting for the texture packs I play with to be updated. I got on today to check on that and when I got in the game for some reason many of my buttons were not functioning properly My LB button both scrolls through the item bar and makes me fly down, the A button jumps/flys but now also opens chat, and my B button which I remapped to be pick block now also jumps. I haven't noticed any other double ups but just moving and selecting things in menus seems a little janky and off.

I have no idea what is causing this and tried a few thing to try and fix it but it is only happening in Minecraft and I don't know what could be causing it.
