Bug with right click which destroys blocks and after some seconds, blocks reappear.

On my bad computer, when chunks are barely charged, I can destroy blocks with the right click and after some seconds, blocks reappear.
It doesn't appears on Minecraft, only on Preview so I think it is a new bug.
It isn't a visual bug because when you destroy blocks, when blocks reappear you are inside them.
