Progress not being saved

Any work I do in new worlds is deleted when I log out. I've tried creating new worlds, and followed all instructions Minecraft help sent me, but it's still being deleted. Nothing saves. The world itself is still there, but anything I do in that world is deleted as soon as I log out.
