Breeze's model in spawners does not have an aura (+doesn't correspond to Java)

Summary:
Breeze's model in spawners does not have an aura (+do not correspond to the Java).
Note: previously the Wither  had the opposite problem - the Wither in the spawner had an aura, now it does not have an aura, which corresponds to Java and the standard state of the Wither (MCPE-164674).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place spawner.
2. Place the Iron Breeze into it.

Observed results:
Breeze does not have an aura in the spawner.

Expected results:
Breeze has an aura in the spawner.
