Boat Doesn't Place or goes underground

You place a boat and either I'm not sure if it just goes underground or just disappears. Bc sometimes you can find it underground sometimes you can't. But you place a boat and like half the time it just disappears. Had this issue on water and land. It happens very often and should be easy to see in the gameplay.
