Strays do not drop the regular slowness tipped arrows

When you kill a stray, it has a chance of dropping an arrow of slowness. It drops the extended arrow of slowness which is what it fires. It is expected to drop a normal arrow of slowness with a duration of 11 seconds instead of 30 seconds.
