Single World: inventory disppeared

I'm playing alone, on a single realm world, survival mode.

After a couple of days being offline, I logged in today to discover all my inventory on my character as well as a full double chest with all its content disappeared.

Nobody have access to my computer, nor my realm world. So, I don't understand at all and I would like to know how it could be fixed.
