player died without taking any fall damage(the game is in peaceful) I noramlly making my xp farm in my bedrock server and suddenly my player died (the world is in peaceful)

I normally making my xp farm and suddenly my player dies without taking any fall damage and the world is in peaceful mode and I don't even find my items . I was playing in my  bedrock 1.20.51 server . plz resolve this issue as soon as possible
