Taking damage while my head touches the ceiling.

I've found two instances so far where I take suffocation damage (and bubbles appear above my hotbar for a moment) while my head touches the ceiling:

1: Sprint-jumping down a two-block high hallway. Random damage. I didn't know what was happening and it got me killed.

2: When a shulker gives levitation and I reach the top of a structure, and my head is touching the ceiling. I'm not glitched into anything, I'm just sitting there. Never had this issue on Java so I assume it's a Bedrock thing.
