App says Not compatible with Samsung Galaxy Tab A8

Changed over from Samsung Galaxy tab A7 to a tab a8, device is running most current version of android and is same as last tablet used.  Playstore says app it not compatible with device.  Playstore support says it is not a playstore issue causing this.
