FPS capped at 60 but its set to unliminited

Hello, i saw that my fps on iphone are capped at 60 on this game but in video settings its set to unliminited. Finally i got phone that have 120Hz so i could enjoy playing game on smooth screen, NO. How this works on PC, Android but not on iOS. I want to know whats happening, why not fix this issue? Or is there any way to set gfx_vsync to 0 ?
