/clear command does not remove items from the craft slots on the inventory

When using the /clear command on someone, it doesn't remove the items that are on the person's crafting slots.

 

How to do the bug:

First, put any item on the crafting slots on your inventory.

Tell someone or use command blocks to use the /clear command on you.

Now, the items on your inventory are gone, but the items that you put in your crafting slots are still there.

 

I also tried this with the /kill command to see if it's the same, but no, the player loses the items. This only happens on the /clear command.

This is a bug because the /clear command should empty/remove all items from your inventory.
