Players in spectator mode create whooshing sound effects when moving through water

When a player is in spectator mode they still make whooshing sounds when moving quickly through moving water (theese are different from the normal sound effects) and they can be heard by other players which can be annoying when there are lots of spectators and give away your location to non spectators
