World stops loading and everything froze

I was playing on my world and then randomly out of nowhere everything froze and stop working (as if it was severe internet lag). I can move around and interact, but only within the rendered chunks.. again, it’s exactly like I’ve been hit with severe internet lag, even though it’s my own Singleplayer survival world. I tried to save & quit, but it just gets stuck on “saving world, do not leave the game”.

I tried copying the world, I tried messing with the files (it resets the whole world to 0% progress instead), I even updated to the latest iOS, and it still didn’t do anything. That survival world is now frozen forever. Every time I join it doesn’t fix itself.

 

To be fair though, Villager Rebalancing and Update 1.21 experimental features are on. So it could be because of it?
