There are white pixels apearing on my screen and everything glitches.

There are white pixels appearing on my screen and the world glitches. After this issue my laptop has started crashing too. I had bought the game from Windows' store. My game is at the latest version so it can't be because its outdated. 

I would appreciate a quick fix. Thank you.
