Bedrock crashes on launch

I have minecraft java and bedrock edition on my laptop, At first the bedrock edition worked normally, but now every time I open it it open the red screen of mojang for about 10 seconds then the game closes. This problem has been there for about 3 month, I contacted every support that could help and tried almost all solutions without any outcome.
