Mobile: Font item on chat settings is missing in Japanese

For windows/switch etc, see MCPE-151635.

Summary:
In Japanese, mobile hasn't the Font item on the chat settings.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Switch language to Japanese
2. Open chat
3. Tap the gear icon to open the chat settings
4. Look for the item that says "フォント"

There it is
