Sound Issue

Whenever I restart the game sound turns on. Even though it says it is at 0. To turn it off I have to turn it up to any amount, then turn it back down to zero. I did not have to do this in any version before that.

It also affects my Fire (2015), with MCPE from the Google Play store.
