Green bar in item stack UI offset

Step to Reproduce:

Tap and hold item/block until showing item stack UI

Observed Results:

• Picture 1: green bar and the text offset
• Picture 2: green bar offset but the text correct

Expected Results:

Green bar and text should be match the item stack UI itself
