Achievements don't work and friends don't see my server in Minecraft PE

Hello, I have encountered a problem that I have not been able to solve for a very long time. Achievements do not work, and my friends do not see my server in Minecraft, we can only play by invitation, the privacy settings are configured correctly, I see their servers and their achievements. Creating a new xbox account didn't help and changing the device didn't help either, can anyone help please. Without achievements, you lose interest in the game
