Some pack icons have a white pixel in the top left corner

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make sure you own one of the affected packs
2. Go to Settings -> Global Resources
3. Observe the affected resource packs' icons carefully

Observed result:
Some pack icons have a small white pixel in the top left corner.

Expected result:
Some pack icons do not have a small white pixel in the top left corner.
