Bought and downloaded city maker and world builder but doesn’t open or play

Hi Minecraft I have a bug it is that I can’t download a couple games. I Bought city maker And it wasn’t downloading, so I got out of it and download it again and it still didn’t work but it took my money. It doesn’t let me also for World builder. Please fix it thanks!
