Dispenser can't place armor stands

I am a person who builds in Minecraft, and I make buildings and designs, and some of these designs need to be used Armor stand And when I use Dispenser to make him put it, he throws it away instead of me putting it. This feature exists in Java, but I wish to put it in Bedrock.
