Freeze screen or lag in the world

hello Mojang Studio, I found a bug from version 1.20.50 When the player enters the world, the player can move only when destroying blocks or hitting sheep or other mobs.everything will be silent, blocks will not emit particles and sheep or other mobs will not suffer pain when hit Inventory cannot be opened during this freeze.Hopefully Mojang will see and fix this bug.
