Can't Join Friend's game - Outdated Client

Since the update I haven't been able to join cross-platform play. We have a game that has PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and PC (me) players. I seem to be the only one who can't get on now. It gives me an "Outdated client" error. 
 
I am specifically trying to join a LAN game, and the others are on consoles.
