World stuck at loading resources.

World permanently stuck loading resources, it takes reopening the Minecraft app multiple times most of the time to fix. It happens with multiple worlds and reopening the app is the only solution to fix it.

(It is also now to the point where I can not get into any of my worlds as of when this bug report was made)
