error when downloading halo mash up in minecraft

error when downloading halo mash up in minecraft, when I bought the master chief mash up it only let me have the skins but I can't download the content when I want to download it starts but when finished it says error, try everything and on different platforms, (pc , android) it is very depressing since I really wanted to play that dlc and I can't, I need help to solve that terrible error
