Market place never loads. Can’t access my skins when I change accounts

When I changed my account,before hand I had access to the market place. But now when I changed my account (you can find me as McCloud5919) I had and still have no access to my market place. I waited over a hour and it still did not load or anything. I’m stuck with a default skin, please help!
