The gui is tiny and settings say max (does not seem to happen with anyone else)

I was playing on my Kindle fire and I just updated to 0.16.0. The gui is tiny and settings say max (does not seem to happen with anyone else) and it never happened till the boss update. Does anyone else have this bug?
