No Damage Tilt slider in Accessibility Settings

Damage Tilt slider was added on Java Snapshot 23w06a, this options allow you to increase/decrease the amount of camera shake when you take damage, this Accessibility feature is missing on Bedrock Edition

Step to Reproduce:
1. Open Settings
2. Go to Accessibility
3. Try to find "Damage Tilt"

Expected Result:
Damage Tilt slider is available in Accessibility

Observed Result:
No Damage Tilt slider in Accessibility
