All worlds and servers are gone

I went into my minecraft folder and after I wanted to play minecraft. But when I got in I wasn't signed into minecraft. And when I got signed in all of my worlds and servers were gone. If i go back into my minecraft folder my worlds are still there but i can't import them back into minecraft.
