Incorrect pop-up window appears when you activate/disable a resource pack in Settings > Global Resources

Description
When you activate a resource pack in the Settings > Global Resources,it will give a pop-up window about updating world.

Step to reproduce
1.Open a game and install a resource pack
2.Go to setting and activate it.

Observed Results
It will give you a pop-up window about updating world

Expected Results
It will not give you a pop-up window about updating world
