cannot unlock archivements with windows 11

I tried with my secondry PC with windows 10 and iPad 9th, in which case I confirmed that progress is being made. This bug was probably not present on windows 11 22h2. The other predictable reasons for not being able to resolve it are that I deleted some of the windows pre-installed apps (xbox console companion, feedback hub and cortana) and the blue screen appeared while playing a game. I tried reinstalling and re-logging in but it didn't work.
