Breeze wind charges do not break pointed dripstone blocks

Same issue in MC-266934 (Which fixed in next Pre-release)

According to the article of changes in 1.20.3 Pre-release 2:

Breeze wind charges now break decorated pots, chorus flowers, and pointed dripstone blocks upon collision

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a wall setup with a pointed dripstone walls
2. Create a breeze cage near at back on side place
3. place breeze in breeze cage
4. Set survival gamemode
5. Wait for targeting from breeze's wind charge
6. Hit the wind charge into pointed dripstone blocks

Observed result

The wind charge does not break to pointed dripstones unless chorus flowers and decorated pots they breaks 

Expected behavior

The wind charge can able to break pointed dripstones
