Resource Pack Fallback - Low Memory destroys my addons for no reason

When I use my addon I get these error. Regardless of the RP compress or bit level. I could make it 8-bit at 99% compress and still get these errors with a 200MB RP. 

But I have just as good performance with the same RP at 2.5GB RP with 24/32bit textures at full quality. 

This over-memory error destroys my addon textures and makes some not even visible in game. 

I'm on a highend PC with a 3090 and have plenty of memory. Yet you for no reason destroy my content. 

Please stop this. This needs to be removed or a memory flag like java added. 

Regardless of how much I compress my textures no amount fixes this.

Stop forcing this low performance trash on us and allow highend gaming. 

I get 140plus FPS have hordes of memory and no performance issues but you destroy my textures and force me to play like I'm on a mobile phone. It's bad business/bad dev.
